This turned out ok, it was tasty enough, but I wouldn't put it in our list of "must keep." We forgot to get breadcrumbs so we ground up some triscuits as a substitute. As a result, it wasn't super solid, so I'm not sure if it would have had a better texture if we had breadcrumbs. Don't forget to get them if you try the recipe. We also had some balsamic glaze on hand, and put that on top, which was tasty. Husband liked it, but not extra enthusiastically. Toddler, again, refused to try it.
