S'mores Cookie Dough Truffles

Here's the recipe.

Here's the finished product:

To be fair, these don't involve baking, but they taste great and they look neat. It's the one dessert husband has actually requested by name, rather than something like "why not make something with peanut butter?"

The hardest part of this is finding the tiny marshmallows, we had to order them off amazon. They might be in grocery stores, but not any ones near us.

A really easy and crowd pleasing dessert. You just mix the stuff together, roll the balls, freeze them, melt chocolate, dip them, and sprinkle the tops. The chocolate hardens quickly, so it's best to have an assistant to sprinkle while you dip (thanks husband!) These are going to a potluck where hopefully they will be enjoyed.

Mixing (a lot) of butter and sugar

Adding graham.

Adding the marshmallows and chocolate chips, finished dough.

Rolled balls before going into the freezer

Melting the chocolate and coconut oil for the dipping.

Finished dipped truffles.

First taste! Success.
